"Self Control." The patient must not run.
When monsters & witches rise from darkness, he must stand his ground in order to observe. No action prompted by anxiety can rule his mind.
The gratification of dependency must be relinquished, as difficult to as unclenching sticky fingers from around a lollipop. There should be no commotion, no noise. Only in stillness can one observe, like the stillness in the eye of a hurricane.
