In Dreams II
Well, it starts by going to a concert with a friend
Through the crowds I lost her somewhere in the beginning, later on I met couple of gurls. They were talking to me with something that I couldn’t get easily, something like come get in with us and we gonna have fun. For some reason they left and I went inside alone.
First I went through the gate, my ticket was torn into pieces I don’t know why. But that’s how I found it in my pocket! The guard demanded me to answer few questions in a filled up dirty old agenda, I copied some answers quickly and went in.
The place was huge, I didn’t know where the concert would be. I followed the music and I ended up in the kids area with them playing and adults who were as lost as mine!
I used the facility and kept on following the music, I spoke to the cleaner and he said the concert ain’t here. And he didn’t know where it was!
I contemplated through the area, on my way out I met my friend. We didn’t have a chat then we met some familiar faces, smiling & cheering for me! Saying oh you found some friend inside. I didn’t comment. None of them made it to the concert.
Again I lost my friend, she disappeared and I kept on searching for my car.
The scene changed, I’m driving. My eye glass neck strap was hanging me, I moved it to the back of my neck and it kept on squeezing on me! I took it off and threw it on the floor. I don’t need it with my contacts anyways! Something must be wrong, I can’t take it anymore!
I stopped the car, tried to get out. My cell phone & car keys got stuck in the glass strap! I tried to free them and run, I really felt like I have to run away from the car and break that sequence!
The moment I started to free my stuff I looked the other way, between my open car door and the wall. It was the two gurls again, scaring the shit out of me. Threatening with their look! I felt them closing on me and a great pain. I struggled till I woke up!
That was a nightmare, it’s around seven AM and I slept for less than one hour. I had some water and slept again but that was another nightmare trying to start.
I got up, grabbed a cigarette to smoke and sat down to type this on my laptop; wondering if I could ever sleep again!
The question that kept rolling in my head: do we see dreams the same?! High definition, low quality, black & white or textured! Or is it just me who can’t keep good details in his dreams!
